The Family Car
On the weekend we ticked off one of the boxes on our "Things to do before baby comes" list.
We bought a 4-door car.
We'd been sort-of looking for awhile, but then found a great deal, so we had to jump on it. We talked to the woman selling it at 11:30am, and by 2:15pm we were back at home with it!
It's a 1998 Toyota Corolla...the newest car I've ever had! Even though it's 9 years old, it feels brand new to us.

Good find! Corolla's aren't the best selling car of all time for no reason. They say that operating costs are lower than any other car on the market, period.
Andrew I forgot to mention that it was a Craigs List find! I am addicted to that site.
And I will NEVER get a mini van.

Let's hope you don't become a bad driver now... We've noticed that some of the worst drivers are carolla drivers!

Wow! You two sure do know how to snap up a good deal when you find one. We usually see something, then ponder for awhile, then think for awhile, then go on a trip for awhile, then think some more...
